For 23 years, Rhianna managed the Pret A Manger locations in Leeds, where she honed their skills in team training and development, mentoring hundreds of team members to achieve their full potential.

During her tenure at Pret A Manger, Rhianna was recognised with numerous awards, one being the highest award possible of becoming a partner in the company, others for exceptional management and operational excellence. These accolades reflect a commitment to high standards, customer satisfaction, and an ability to drive team success.

Under Rhianna's management, her Pret a Manger locations thrived, known for their exceptional service and operational efficiency. It was when working long hours in retail that Rhianna realised she needed help in her house, but was unable to find the complete support she needed in the home. Which included cleaning, ironing, washing , organsation & errand running..... this is where House PA Leeds LTD was born!
